We ship orders every other weekday to help maintain a healthy work-life balance for our small team. That means your order might ship the next business day, or it may take a few days; especially around holidays or during rare events like illness, vacations, or exceptionally busy times.

Shipping Carrier
Currently we use USPS, UPS, or PirateShip for all shipments. At this time we don’t allow you to select which carrier we use for your order. Part of the way we keep our prices affordable is by automating how shipping labels are generated from website orders and that limits our flexibility with shipping options. The exact shipping cost is listed during the checkout process.
International Shipments
All duties, extra carrier fees, and taxes for international shipments are the responsibility of the customer.
International shipping can use USPS, UPS, or Simple Export from PireateShip. The shipping service selected depends on several factors and is not selectable.
If USPS is used for the shipment, once the parcel reaches its destination country, then the final delivery is handled by a local post service. First Class, Ground, Priority and to those non-guaranteed countries Priority Mail Express the United States Parcel Service often rely on commercial passenger and cargo flights, the package goes through customs on its own and it gets delivered by that country’s post office. Here is a link to a list of the names of each country’s postal service. Contacting your local post office is often the best way to find a missing package.

Return Policy
We want every EEW owner to have a great experience, so we try to make our return and warranty policies clear, fair, and easy to follow.
Defective or Missing Item
Contact us and include a description of the damaged or missing parts (pictures if possible). We’ll mail you replacement parts. You have 100 days to report this kind of issue.
30 Day Return Policy
- You must contact us and receive instructions for the return within 30 days of your order before returning an item.
- You are responsible for the return shipping costs.
- In the email used to initiate the return, you must provide proof of shipment or a tracking number.
- First Return – You will receive a full refund the first time you return items.
- Second and Subsequent Returns – If you return more than one order there is a 25% restocking fee. We’ve done this because as a small business we can’t afford many returns from a single customer since each return is a large loss for us. This is one of the ways we keep our prices more affordable for our customers.
100 day warranty
If you request a replacement for a defective product within 100 days of purchase due to a manufacturing defect we will send you a replacement part. The warranty is only valid for the original owner.
There is a one year warranty for all our motors.
Undelivered Package
If your package is never delivered (international orders can sometimes take over 30 days due to customs), we will treat it as a 30 day return so look at that section. This means you get a full refund the first time, but after that you will need to pay a restocking fee if it’s lost again.
