This is the Atmel 168. This chip comes pre-programmed with the latest version of the Camera Axe software. You can buy this chip if the one that shipped with Camera Axe is old and doesn't support a new sensor you want to use, or if you have damaged the microchip and need a replacement. We also sell a programing cable which might be a better solution if you want to modify the software yourself, but replacing this chip is a little easier than reprogramming it yourself.
To install this chip you just need to remove the 4 screws on the back panel and then install the new chip with the notch facing the same way as the chip you took out.
